Returns & Exchange Policy – Wear Wasli

At Wear Wasli, we care deeply about your satisfaction and the quality of our products. While we do not accept returns for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind, we do allow returns and exchanges only in the case of defective items.

Please note: We do not offer a general refund policy. Only return or exchange options are available in the case of defective products.

Return Policy for Defective Items

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unstitched
  • It should be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • A valid Order ID and explanation or images of the defect must be provided

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your return will be processed within 8 to 10 working days.

Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a return for a defective item, we’re happy to assist. Here's how it works:

  • You must initiate the exchange within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be in its original condition: unused and unstitched
  • The exchange process may take up to 15 working days, depending on availability and processing time
  • If the same item is not available, we’ll offer an alternative of equal value

Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for stitched items or if the defect is caused by improper use or handling
  • Return/exchange requests submitted after 7 days will not be processed
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We do not provide refunds under any circumstances; only return or exchange options are available for eligible defective items
